Following extended downtime on Thursday, Apple has updated its developer portal with a handful of changes. Among these is a survey, and a new developer agreement. Of major importance however may be a new, $99 Mac Developer Program, doing away with a more expensive tiered structure.The pricing is likely meant to spur a new wave of interest in the program.
